There’s a hot pink jeep hitting the streets and serving up smiles in DFW. Rockwall-based boutique Hallie B. now sells Mexican popsicles called paletas in-store and on the road at local events! Their paleta brand is called SERVE because their real mission is to look for inventive ways to give back to local charities and community service volunteers.
SERVE Gives Back
The policy at SERVE is that when you buy a paleta, you give a plaeta! That means the profits from all purchases fund community service projects or free paletas for deserving staff at charitable organizations. Some of the past recipients of free SERVE paletas have been Meals on Wheels staff members, residents at a local nursing home, and teachers at a title one school.

Not only are SERVE paletas creating a ripple effect of happiness in the community, they also taste pretty great. There are 12 flavors of paletas for sale through SERVE: Birthday Cake, Watermelon Juice, Mango Chili, Lime, Strawberries & Cream, Bananas & Cream, Frozen Hot Chocolate, Cinnamon Milk, Coconut, Pineapple, Oreo Pie, and Papaya Avacado. The paletas are made right here in Dallas using recipes curated by the staff at Hallie B.
